You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to reverse engineer or replicate the Service
  • Misrepresenting data as confirmed breach evidence
  • Targeting, harassing, or threatening entities based on results

Any unauthorized automated access may result in immediate restriction or blocking without notice.


6. Logging, Monitoring & Service Integrity

To maintain service availability, prevent abuse, and protect operational integrity, the Service may log standard access information, including:

  • Search query terms
  • User-agent information

No user accounts are required. No personal profiles are created. Logged data is not sold.

By using the Service, you consent to such logging for operational and security purposes.


7. No Warranty

The Operator expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • On an individual basis only (no class actions)

You waive the right to trial by jury and participation in class or collective actions.


13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of a jurisdiction selected by the Operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding use of the Service.


By using the Breach Search Tool, you acknowledge that your access is voluntary and that you agree to these Terms in full.
